Being For It Before You're Against It

It's time for John McCain to start running on his record. Let's start with taxation:

What? John McCain's a Socialist?

John McCain - For reducing working class income taxes, and having the highest earners pay more income taxes, before he was against reducing working class income taxes, and having the highest earners pay more income taxes

Seriously, every time McCain stumps against Obama's tax plan in 2008, he's arguing against McCain's own tax plan in 2000. So to borrow a phrase, "who is the real John McCain"?

"How Flippity Floppity"

Of course, this is just yet one more example of McCain selling out all of his long held principles in order to satisfy his naked ambition for the presidency, no matter how much he has to not only go 180 degrees against his own positions, but to argue that those positions are wrong.

How can you tell McCain sold his soul to the Rovians who are running the campaign? Because it's become painfully obvious that they don't even know the first thing about what McCain stood up for....before he decided to stand up against.

(As an aside, the young woman in the video is an absolute idiot who deserves to spend some time learning first hand what real poverty is -- likening her physician father's level of taxation as being a move closer to slavery....)
